Return & Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 15 days from the receipt of the item to process a return or exchange. Any request after 15 days will not be honored. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate the request.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 15 days after receipt.
- All items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable Items
- Items on sale or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items with damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Please email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
- Ship the items back: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information and a signature requirement, as we are not responsible for lost return items.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days and issue a refund or provide a replacement.
Return Charges
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please check with your bank or credit card company as there may be delays. Note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If the payment has been completed but the parcel is not yet shipped, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
